Analda

Welcome! I am glad you’re here! My name is Analda and I am a wife, mom, Registered Nurse, and Mama coach.

I have been a Registered Nurse for 10+ years and I am passionate about serving others.

After giving birth to my little one, I realized the need for support for parents before and after birth that is not provided in the short doctor’s visits and hospital stays. This transition can be such a beautiful experience, but can also be very challenging. That is why I decided to become a Mama coach. I am dedicated and committed to supporting you and providing education to you in a time that can be overwhelming. I am HERE FOR YOU.

I will provide you with the tools and evidence-based knowledge you need to help empower you to be the best version of yourself for your child.

I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you through your parenting journey!

Frequently Asked Questions

I get asked this one all the time.  As Registered Nurses, having merely one method does not align with how we were trained in University to utilize the nursing process.

The Nursing Process is defined as, a “systematic approach to care using the fundamental principles of critical thinking, client-centered approaches to treatment, goal-oriented tasks, evidence-based practice (EDP) recommendations, and nursing intuition.  Holistic and scientific postulates are integrated to provide the basis for compassionate, quality-based care” (*1).

Simply put, I will assess your child using our nursing training to determine the best way to help your family reach their goals, walking beside you all the way.  You can choose us with confidence, knowing you have picked the most qualified resource to support your family’s journey.

Yes.  As a Registered Nurse, I have years of training on where to access credible guidelines and information. All of the programming is based on extensive research from credible sources.

As a Registered Nurse, it is my professional obligation to manage client records and confidential information properly.  I use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) that is compliant throughout North America.

Often they are — the answer largely depends on where you live and what your private insurance covers. In the United States my services can be covered as well, through HSA or FSAs.  Reach out to me for more information.
